Acerca de Amanda
I have been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years, and have been teaching for 3 years. I specialize in vinyasa flow, but am also trained in prenatal yoga and restorative yoga. I have been teaching private yoga for the last 3 years in a studio setting as well at my student's houses. I love to work with people 1-on-1 because we can gear the classes to what they are looking to learn.

I am a 200-hour RYT from Canada! I am offering 1-on-1 yoga sessions tailored to your needs and in English. I teach vinyasa flow, yoga for beginners, prenatal yoga, and restorative yoga. I believe that yoga is for anybody and all classes are geared towards you and what you want to learn.
