Acerca de Hannah Barrett
I’m Hannah, a TEFL certified English teacher from Ireland. I teach conversational English and general English to people aged 16+ who are A2 (pre-intermediate) level or above.
For over a year now I have been living in the North of Spain where I have been teaching English online, teaching Yoga and learning Spanish. I am passionate about helping people and I love what I do.
I have a degree in Neuroscience and a Masters in Computer Science. Before moving into full-time teaching I worked for over six years in the corporate world where I mentored many people and taught programming languages and software development to beginners.
I’m empathetic, patient and friendly. I provide a safe and fun environment where people can confidently learn English without fear or judgement.

My classes are entirely tailored to your needs and learning style. Whether you want to focus on having interesting conversations, improving your reading, writing or listening skills, learning grammar and vocabulary or improving your pronunciation, I’m here to help.
I plan each lesson individually. I take note of any spoken errors made throughout our conversation and the last few minutes are dedicated to discussing the errors so that you can understand, remember and improve upon them. I can also provide homework exercises after your class if you would like this.
