Acerca de Ana Bertha
I am a Conversational English Specialist with more than 15 years of experience in English language teaching, academic coordination, and professional medical interpreting.
My lessons are designed for East Asia students who want to improve fluency, speak more naturally, and gain confidence in real-life communication.
Instead of memorization or textbook exercises, I focus on structured conversation practice that builds speaking ability step by step. Lessons are practical, goal-oriented, and centered on real communication: pronunciation, fluency, listening comprehension, and natural expression.
I am particularly interested in working with learners from East Asian countries. As a polyglot and lifelong language learner who has studied Japanese, French and Italian, I understand firsthand the challenges of learning a language with a different structure, pronunciation system and way of thinking.
Because I continue learning languages myself, I understand what it takes to move from hesitation to fluency and from knowledge to real speaking confidence.
As a medical interpreter, I work daily with complex communication between speakers of different languages and cultural backgrounds. This experience allows me to quickly identify communication barriers and help students express themselves clearly, accurately, and confidently in English.
I offer online lessons with flexible evening availability designed for students in East Asia, including Japan, China, and South Korea.
