My name is Carlos, and I was born in Mexico City.
Over the years, I have learned 4 languages using a personal methodology that involves the integration of 3 different theories and 3 distinct academic schools of thought. This amalgamation will enable you to acquire the language rather than just learning it through heavy and boring lessons.
To be more precise, we will work with the following:
Grammar-translation, or the traditional methodology, just for the basics, the introduction. Subsequently, we will predominantly employ the second (hand gesture).
The comprehensible input system to continually expand your vocabulary and gain a deeper understanding of syntax due to the unconscious cerebral process that our brain undergoes when exposed to the language. This into a comprehensible environment. This key: "comprehensible."
The Audio-lingual approach. This will help you gain a clear understanding of spoken language and enable you to imitate speech sounds. Consequently, your speech will sound more natural, clear, and it will reduce any accent you might have."
