Hi future students! My name is Sofia
I was born in London and raised in Madrid. I had been living in London for the past ten years, where I worked in the entertainment industry managing venues and events while pursuing my creative studies. By combining my creative and language skills, I have been able to work as an assistant and private tutor for primary school teachers, as well as provide conversation practice.
I am PR-trained, which means I can also assist with corporate communications and writing.
I am entertaining, creative, and extremely patient. If you feel we would be a good match, please contact me!
I have recently moved back to Madrid so I can help you both online and in person.

I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether it’s conversation practice, grammar, or help with homework. I understand that learning a language can be frustrating, which is why I offer dynamic and engaging lessons centered around your interests. For example, we can learn vocabulary through your favorite songs or practice speaking by talking about a game you really enjoy.
I have experience assisting in summer schools as an English and Art tutor for primary students. I have also worked in the entertainment industry for nine years, which has given me strong communication skills, patience and experience engaging with young learners aged 5–15.
In addition, I host language exchanges at different venues to help adults feel more confident in their communication skills.
